ASCOMA Assureurs Conseils, the group’s head office, is the center for decision-making and strategic development, organization and synergy of the group’s stakeholders. ASCOMA has two cross-functional divisions: ASCOMA International, a coordination center for international operations, and ASCOMA Health/PACTILIS, the Group’s competence center for health insurance and healthcare cost management, and more broadly for personal insurance.
The group has established 4 regional hubs in Africa whose mission is to support subsidiaries in their commercial development, in addition to the respect and quality of customer service, the quality of coverage and claims settlement, the management of subsidiaries in financial and human resources terms, and to control the implementation of the procedures and guidelines in liaison with the Group’s central services.
