Main missions of the poste
Reporting to the Systems and Networks Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the tasks of a Helpdesk Technician, including :
- Diagnosis of user incidents and implementation of means to resolve them
- Deployment of workstations : Hardware installation and configuration
- Application support on Windows and Office 365
- System and network administration tasks N1/N2 and N3
Main tasks
- Handling user requests (via ticketing tool, face-to-face or Teams)
- Stock management
- Installing Workstations (Windows)
- Packaging of business applications
- Intervention with remote users
- Support for subsidiary IS teams
- Writing documentation
- Project and request/incident follow-up
Profiles & Skills required
Training: Bac+2 in computer science
Experience: Experience in a similar position preferred
Know-how :
- Skills required:
- Windows environment (GPO, AD, DNS, DHCP, O365, Exchange)
- Network architecture: Firewall (Fortigate), switches (Alcatel), VPN SSL, VPN IPSEC, etc.
- Desired know-how:
- Backup (Veeam/Cohesity)
- Virtualization (VMWare)
- Supervision (Zabbix or other)
- Linux environment (Ubuntu, Debian)

Job Type:
- Full-time, permanent
Avantages :

- 20 euros per month for transport passes
- Allowance of €4.10 net for each day teleworked during the month
Horaires :
- Du Lundi au Vendredi
- Work periods of 8 hours from Monday to Thursday and 7 hours on Friday

- 98000 Monaco Monte-Carlo: Faire le trajet sans problème ou prévoir un déménagement avant de prendre son poste (Exigé)
