The Ascoma Group’s core business is international insurance and reinsurance brokerage. Headquartered in Monaco, its subsidiaries are located mainly in 22 countries in sub-Saharan Africa and in France. It employs 700 people.
Main missions of the poste
As part of the Ascoma Group’s Human Resources Department, you will provide operational support to the HR Director.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Human Resources Department
- Administrative :
– Maintenance of employee administrative files
– Follow-up of personnel registers
– Follow-up of residence permits and contribution to administrative procedures with prefectures
– Monitoring of daily cash benefits (IJ)
– Follow-up of annual fixed-rate days – Drafting of procedures (welcome booklet, etc.)
– Drafting appointment notes
- On the recruitment front :
– Job offers on line.
- On the management side: (EXCEL advanced level essential – Work on SharePoint)
– Management of the Group’s HR database (updates of staff arrivals and departures and monitoring of changes)
– Group organization chart management
– Collection, monitoring and control of remuneration data for African subsidiaries Loan application management
– Drawing up the social balance sheet
– Quarterly audit of workforce (Group HR database) with e-mail addresses (27001 certification)
– Creation of Group e-mail addresses and transmission of logins and passwords
General Services:
– Switchboard
– Mail: incoming and outgoing mail processing
– Commissary orders
– Logistics: supervise one-off contractors (cleaning company, electrician, plumber, removal firm, etc.)
– Occasional travel arrangements in the absence of the person in charge of reservations.
Profiles & Skills required
Education: Bac+3
Experience: Experience in a similar position preferred

Job Type:
- Full-time, fixed-term contract

- Work periods of 8 hours from Monday to Thursday and 7 hours on Friday
