We are looking for a Group Human Resources Manager, based in Monaco, for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager helps implement the Group’s HR policy and supports managers and local HR teams in managing key HR processes.
On the European front
- Recruitment: identifying needs, posting job openings, and participating in the selection process.
- Human Resources & Payroll: Handle the administrative management of employees from hire to separation, prepare and review payroll, and assist with the management of expatriates.
- Labor Relations: Contribute to the functioning of employee representative bodies and ensure compliance with labor obligations.
- Training & Performance: Organize and monitor training sessions and performance review campaigns.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and follow up on audit recommendations.
On the Africa front
- Oversee the recruitment and administrative management of Chief Executive Officers and senior executives.
- Support local HR teams with recruitment efforts that require Group-level support.
- Oversee evaluation campaigns and provide support to users on the related tools.
- Provide advice and support to local managers and HR teams.
Regarding the Group
- Help implement and standardize the Group’s HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Manage and contribute to the development of the Group’s HR tools and the monitoring of data and organizational charts.
- Support subsidiaries in achieving HR compliance and follow up on audit recommendations.
- Participate in Group HR and transformation projects: training, careers, digitalization, payroll, etc.
Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s through master’s degree in Human Resources or Labor Law.
- Experience in a generalist HR role.
- Proficiency in office software.
- English preferred.
