Its operations are supported by two cross-functional divisions: Ascoma International, which coordinates international activities, and Ascoma Health/Pactilis, its center of expertise in health insurance, healthcare cost management, and the broader personal insurance and benefits portfolio.

Ascoma also operates four regional hubs across Africa, supporting its subsidiaries in business development, customer service quality and compliance, quality of coverage, claims settlement, and financial and human resources management.

In coordination with central teams, the hubs also oversee the consistent implementation of company procedures and directives.
