{"id":66617,"date":"2024-03-01T19:56:50","date_gmt":"2024-03-01T19:56:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ascoma.decmena.com\/ascomas-participation-in-fanaf\/"},"modified":"2026-07-03T07:27:04","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T07:27:04","slug":"ascomas-participation-in-fanaf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ascoma.com\/en\/ascomas-participation-in-fanaf\/","title":{"rendered":"Ascoma&#8217;s Participation in FANAF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Ascoma Group teams participated once again this year, from February 18 to 22, in the annual general assembly of FANAF (Federation of African National Insurance Companies).<\/p>\n<p>Mauritania, the host market for this 48th edition, welcomed participants to the Palais des Congr\u00e8s in Nouakchott to discuss the theme &#8220;Insurance at the service of Africa&#8217;s economic and social development&#8221; through several conferences led by a dozen industry professionals who came specifically for the occasion. This edition of FANAF recorded more than 800 participants.<\/p>\n<p>Another highlight of this annual meeting of Federation members was the &#8220;Health Walk&#8221; sponsored by Ascoma. A 1.5-hour walk to raise awareness about the benefits of sport for health.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ASCOMA&#8217;s participation in the 2022 edition of FANAF from February
