Today, it remains the market leader in this field. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a <strong>Group Human Resources Manager<\/strong>, based in Monaco, for a permanent position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Human Resources Manager helps <\/strong>implement the Group&#8217;s HR policy and supports managers and local HR teams in managing key HR processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On the European front<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recruitment:<\/strong> identifying needs, posting job openings, and participating in the selection process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Human Resources &amp; Payroll:<\/strong> Handle the administrative management of employees from hire to separation, prepare and review payroll, and assist with the management of expatriates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Labor Relations:<\/strong> Contribute to the functioning of employee representative bodies and ensure compliance with labor obligations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training &amp; Performance:<\/strong> Organize and monitor training sessions and performance review campaigns.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HR Compliance:<\/strong> Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and follow up on audit recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>On the Africa front<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the recruitment and administrative management of <strong>Chief Executive Officers and senior executives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Support local HR teams with recruitment efforts that require Group-level support.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee evaluation campaigns and provide support to users on the related tools.<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice and support to local managers and HR teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Regarding the Group<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help implement and standardize the <strong>Group&#8217;s HR policies, procedures, and practices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and contribute to the development of <strong>the Group\u2019s HR tools<\/strong> and the monitoring of data and organizational charts.<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>subsidiaries in achieving HR compliance<\/strong> and follow up on audit recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in <strong>Group HR and transformation projects<\/strong>: training, careers, digitalization, payroll, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profil recherch\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s through master&#8217;s degree in Human Resources or Labor Law.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a generalist HR role.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in office software.<\/li>\n<li>English preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diligence, independence, and a commitment to confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Organization and Priority Management.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and synthesis skills.<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.cloud.microsoft\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=xra2babKZki7aLgGcMG77zyYuholWMJElIOtfksh4wNUQ1k2MjBDWE0xWlpKSlRCSFg5R0FNSkw0NC4u\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Submit your application<\/a><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About us Ascoma Group is specialized in insurance brokerage.
